Learning & Exposure
Gain first-hand experience in Public Administration and Grassroots Politics under the guidance of a leader with extensive law enforcement and governance experience. Develop leadership, public speaking, community organising, data analysis, and digital storytelling skills.
Onboarding & Training
Every volunteer receives a formal Onboarding Kit along with a virtual or in-person orientation session to understand the vision for Buxar and the ethics of responsible public engagement.
Networking
Connect with a diverse network of professionals, social workers, and policy experts who share a commitment to Bihar's development. Build relationships that extend well beyond this programme.
Perks & Recognition
Outstanding volunteers are eligible for Letters of Recommendation personally signed by Shri Anand Mishra and potential one-on-one mentorship sessions on career growth and public service.
Formal Internships
Specific technical roles — Data, Content, and Research — can be structured as formal internships for students and early-career professionals.

Part-time (Remote / Hybrid) or Full-time on-ground in Buxar
Stipend
Generally unpaid / voluntary. Exceptional full-time on-ground roles may receive travel & expense reimbursements.
